Return Policy

It is important to us that you love your SHINE!

Rest assured that we always guarantee that our pieces will be free of major scratches, spots and other major defects. We cannot, however, warrant minor variations of size, shape or color because many of our pieces are handmade and some variations from the sample photos should be expected {it's considered character, not flaw}.

Change your mind? If your SHINE is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original packaging and condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will of course remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error {you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.}.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, or contact us for assistance. Please note that a $4 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that all clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
